Second stay at The Four Seasons Downtown with consistently good experience. Received a room upgrade upon arrival without status, and with prolific apologies for a slight delay in the room being ready. The staff were consistently kind and friendly, very approachable, and extremely helpful. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Housekeeping services were timely and high quality. Room service meals were excellent quality and delivered hot and on time. This will continue to be my first choice of NYC hotels, as I tend to gravitate towards downtown.

My entire stay was exceptional! The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. My room was perfectly prepared, spacious, and included a spa-like bathroom- a full soaking tub and separate shower. The hotel gym was also wonderful- very clean and plenty of equipment for my needs. The location makes it easy to explore many great neighborhoods.
